 A Vibrational Breath Therapy program consists of:

This practice energises and magnetises the Physical, Astral and Causal Energy Bodies, integrates them and leads one to the state of causal silence within, where healing takes place.

 

Thereafter a process of healing is activated by directing the cosmic vibratory healing energy of Pranava AUM to the seat of the problem for 81 days to create the optimum conditions within.

 

Traumas and tensions of this and previous births stored at the Navel, Throat and Brow Centres inhibit the free flow of prana. These are neutralised by the ‘Chakra Meditation for Healing’ practice. In addition, the practice activates these three Centres and enhances their psychic qualities to transform the personality and character of the student/patient to combat the illness/disharmony in the body-mind complex.

The Rhythmic Breath introduces the student to the method of breathing deeply, slowly and rhythmically, which reduces the rate of breathing. This slows down all the bodily processes and activates a process of self-healing.

 

It is done daily, once every two/three hours, to experience a state of wellbeing.

3.Complementary Practice - Psychic Sleep

 

This practice relaxes the body, stills the mind, neutralises the traumas and tensions of the day to obtain a restful and refreshing night sleep. One hour of Psychic Sleep equals four hours of deep sleep.
