STRESS RELIEF

The programme helps prevent, relieve and heal stress and stress related conditions.
It comprises three practices.

Track 1: Rhythmic Breath and Meditational Walk - a rhythm to harmonise body bio-rhythms - physical, emotional and intellectual.

Track 2: Introspection - a meditational technique incorporating the Rhythmic Breath.

Track 3: Yoga Nidra - a deeply relaxing technique to be done at the end of the day.
